Peter divides his time between research, teaching, and consulting on multinationals with a special interest in emerging market firms , mergers and acquistions, business ecosystem innovation, and serving as non executive director of several companies spanning financial services through to green energy.

He has been visiting China regularly since , working with multinationals, joint ventures, and Chinese companies venturing abroad to develop international strategies and organisation structures, and to integrate acquisitions. He is the author of nine books and over 50 journal articles.

Jesus College has all the benefits of being large, historical and prestigious college, whilst also retaining fantastic welfare: the staff and other students all care about each other, and will be there to cheer you on when you are thriving, but also there to support you if you need any help. I chose Jesus due to several reasons, including its prime location, where it is very central, and easy to access everywhere, even if you work in one of the institutes further out.
